At Runesk, we strive to provide accurate and meaningful runic readings. We understand that sometimes services may not meet expectations, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair treatment of all our customers.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure preventing the delivery of your reading
- Payment processed but no reading received within 24 hours
- Multiple charges for a single reading
- Service unavailable in your region after payment
- Dissatisfaction with our service within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase
- Provide your order number and email used for the purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow up to 5 business days for review and processing
Limitations
Please note the following limitations on refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of reading delivery
- Refund requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
- Processing fees are non-refundable
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer may be subject to review
